W. Kenneth Goodson, Jr.
President

Ken Goodson is President of The Goodson Company and directs every facet of day-to-day operations. He is personally involved in business development, client management, process management, and primary recruiting. No part of the screening, interviewing, recruiting, and negotiation process is entrusted to third parties or contractors unfamiliar with the client and financial services.

Prior to entering the field of executive search in 1996, Mr. Goodson's corporate career spanned some twenty-five years, including strategic sales and management positions with a number of highly regarded financial services companies. His mortgage banking experience encompassed senior management positions in production management, correspondent lending, and secondary marketing. While in the mortgage insurance industry, he held a variety of senior level sales and whole loan/servicing trading positions that firmly established his national contacts. His mortgage lending experience began with a part time job at the hometown thrift while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree at Pfeiffer University.

Mr. Goodson's national exposure and broad base of management experience have proven to be a valuable asset in his executive search practice that spans all areas of mortgage banking and real estate finance; many areas of commercial banking, technology, loan processing, risk management, and other areas of the financial services industry. A record of results without compromise has earned the respect of clients nationwide.
